Mission

Surf Around Portugal believes in genuine traveling and its concept performs against the massification of tourism. Our mission is to foster the future sustainability of tourism together with local traditions, through the promotion of a deeper involvement with the destination and, as a result, enriching visitors’ experiences.

To accomplish this mission Surf Around Portugal works with the already-existent tourism infrastructures, which fulfill a certain standard of quality and carry on the tradition and culture of the country, and through the presence and friendliness of local guides, willing to share all their knowledge and favorites, preserving at the same time the place as it is!

Fran- cisco, our guide, was a really nice guy and was extremely knowledgeable, he knew all the right spots to go depending on different swells/winds etc. So we spent our days travelling the coast checking out the best spots and then surfing them all day!
